Halls of Madness opens for Memorial Day Weekend

Halls of Madness Haunted Attraction is bringing back its fan-favorite off-season event, Madness in May, for another year of spine-tingling fun.

Created as a “halfway to Halloween” celebration, Madness in May has grown into a highly anticipated springtime tradition for thrill-seekers and horror enthusiasts alike. This year’s event runs for two consecutive nights: Friday, May 23rd, and Saturday, May 24th, from 8 p.m. until midnight, wit ticket sales ending at 11:30 p.m. each night.

Owner Troy Stone, the mastermind behind the screams, emphasizes that although Madness in May is “only half of the attraction” compared to the full-scale fall production, guests can still expect a full-on, high-energy experience.

This year’s May event will feature the Slaughter Farm, one of the most iconic and unsettling segments from the Halls of Madness fall lineup.

“This is still a big attraction,” Stone says. “It’s just only half the size of my fall attraction—but we go all out.”

Tickets are only $10 across the board, regardless of age, making it an accessible and affordable night of terror for families, friends and horror fans of all kinds. No need to break the bank for a night packed with thrills, chills and unforgettable memories.

Stone describes Madness in May as more than just a haunted attraction—it’s an experience rooted in community connection.

“It’s a long Memorial Day weekend,” he says. “We want to give more to the community and the communities around us. After you’re done coming off the lakes or your barbecues at the house and the sun goes down, load up the cars and come on out.”

Whether you’re screaming in fear, laughing at your friends or clutching your loved ones through the darkened corridors of the Slaughter Farm, Stone’s ultimate goal is clear: bringing people together to make memories that last forever.
