CASEY — Billy Gene Decker, 83, of Casey, passed away at 9:45 p.m. Tuesday, May 19, 2020, at Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center, Mattoon.
A memorial service is at a later date. A graveside service at the Jack Oak Cemetery, Cumberland County, is limited to immediate family members only. Markwell Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Memorial donations may be made to the Casey First Christian Church.
