Dec. 8, at 6:05 p.m., Vance E. Plew, 26, 1600 Michigan Avenue, was arrested at his residence and charged with domestic battery. Plew was transported to the Edgar County Jail pending a court appearance.
Dec. 9, at 2:31 a.m., Richard A. Labaume, 45, 213 E. Jackson, was stopped at Grandview and Elizabeth and charged with operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Labaume was released on a notice to appear in court.
